03. Booking & Confirmation
All service bookings must be processed through our official digital platform or verified experts. A mandatory advance payment is required to secure your date and resources. Prices are dynamic and may vary based on guest count and customization complexity.
04. Cancellation Policy
Due to the specialized nature of hospitality services and perishable resources, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced based on the notice period provided:
- Notice > 7 Days: 80% refund of advance fee.
- Notice 3-6 Days: 50% refund of advance fee.
- Notice < 72 Hours: No refunds permitted.
05. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing precise event coordinates, final guest counts, and special dietary guidelines. Amigo Hospitality is not liable for service discrepancies arising from inaccurate client-provided data.
06. Limitation of Liability
Amigo Hospitality aims for perfection but our legal liability is capped at the total service value paid by the client. We do not accept liability for indirect losses or third-party venue complications.
